Is this the BEST HOTEL in Cambodia...??? [Girl friendly!!!]

A video documenting my stay at the Sun & Moon Urban hotel, Phnom Penh. It's my new favourite hotel in Cambodia. I had an excellent stay overall and highly recommend this hotel to people who like modern hotels with good facilities (and who can afford the $80+ room rates). Parts of this video include: 0:04 Outside the hotel and welcome drink 0:20 Rooftop pool on the 9th floor, nice city views 1:32 24 hour gym 2:13 Excellent spa that is free for guests to use, massage costs 2:56 Rooftop bar beer prices 3:08 Nighttime lights on the rooftop 3:39 Map, excellent central location for the riverfront and 136 street hostess bars 3:50 Deluxe king bed room 7:44 Bathroom check 9:02 Bed and room lighting 10:40 Random extras - natural light with the curtains open, room service menu, plug sockets, communal computers, Unplug bar & the view at night. 12:52 Outro The Good: - Great central location - Modern, clean rooms - Excellent service - Nice rooftop pool, bar and 24 hour gym - Excellent spa - so nice to soak in the jacuzzi after a day out - Aircon you could set to half a degree (not often you get this) - Comfy bed, superfast WIFI, ample plug sockets etc - basically everything was on point in the room The Bad: My deluxe room was relatively small (24 sq m) Lack of storage space in the room $20 for airport transfers, you can get it for $12 everywhere else (I'm nitpicking here on this one) - Price, $80 is a lot to pay in Phnom Penh and many people will be priced out of this hotel. But this means less riff raff and Cheap Charlie's so could actually be a bonus :) - Unorthodox building design: weird open hallways, lack of floor to ceiling windows, lack of balconies for deluxe rooms. You'll know what I mean when you visit... The Ugly: - The windows desperately needed a clean when I stayed Overall: I had a great stay at Sun & Moon Urban. Initially I was disappointed with my room, but it grew on me in the end as it's so nice when everything 'just works.' You could even set the aircon to half a degree which is a rare find in South East Asia. I loved the location as it was great having the riverfront and 136 street hostess bars virtually on your doorstep. When staying here make sure to make use of the excellent hotel facilities. It was so nice to relax in the hot jacuzzi after a day out around the city. I also made use of the rooftop pool, the gym and the rooftop bar, all of which were all excellent too. Sun & Moon Urban kind of reminded me of the Siam @ Siam Design hotel in Pattaya (video here: https://youtu.be/RZHjSEer1xg), with it's funky design, rooftop pool, gym with excellent views etc... The only things I would have liked was a better view from my room and maybe a balcony. But nowhere is perfect... I recommend Sun & Moon Urban hotel for travellers who like modern hotels with good facilities, and who can afford the $80 a night. Thank you for watching and subscribe for more videos...
